Maltesers Cheesecake Squares

You can't go wrong with cheesecake and adding Maltesers is a win win! This cheesecake recipe looks impressive but is zero effort and doesn't take too many ingredients. Feel free to swap out the Maltesers for your favourite chocolate goodie, as the recipe will still work no problem!
Ingredients
200g of digestives
100g of unsalted butter
500g of Cream cheese 
350g of Maltesers
120g of icing sugar

Baking paper
Rectangle baking tray 

Instructions:

STEP 1
Line your tray with enough baking paper so you are able to lift the cheesecake out once set.

STEP 2
Place the butter on the hob to melt. While the butter is melted crush up the biscuits using a food processor or a bag and rolling pin. Then place into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix until combined and place into the fridge.

STEP 3
Place the cream cheese and icing sugar into a bowl and whisk until combined. Then fold in  Then add 250g of the Maltesers.

STEP 4
Take the biscuit base out of the fridge and top with the cream cheese filling. Spread the mixture out evenly using the back of a spoon.

STEP 5
Crush the rest of the Maltesers and place on top of the cream cheese filling. Then place into the fridge to set over night.

Once set, take the cheesecake out of the fridge and pull out using the excess baking paper. Cut into equal squares and serve.
