Pico Party Recipes - Biscoff Cake Bites

 

 

We've done cake bites before... but never Biscoff flavoured! Prepare to take your cake bites to a whole new level. These mini bites of joy are such a great addition to any party and normally are gone in a matter of minutes...

Ingredients
100g White chocolate
10g Sprinkles
130g Oat flour
300g Biscoff Spread
5 tbsp maple syrup  
Instructions

STEP 1
Break up and melt the chocolate over the hob on a low heat

STEP 2
While the chocolate is melting, place the Biscoff Spread, maple syrup and oat flour into a bowl and combine.

STEP 3
Once the mixture is combined roll into 15 equal sized balls.

STEP 4
Take the melted chocolate off the hob and one by one coat each ball. Once all the cake balls are coated place into the freezer for 20 minutes.

Once 15 minutes has passed, place the Biscoff spread into a sauce pan on a low heat. Once the spread is runny enough to drizzle over the cake bits then remove from the hob. Drizzle the Biscoff spread over the cake bites and place in the fridge to set for one hour.
