Pico Party Recipes - Jubilee Grazing Board

This recipe takes a bit of time but it is well worth it as a show stopper. Not to mention a wonderful addition for your Jubilee celebrations, to enjoy on this sunny bank holiday weekend, with a refreshment of your choice. Adults and kids will both love this, so its a fun centrepiece everyone can enjoy!

Ingredients
500g strawberries
100g cherries
200g raspberries
150g feta
150g cheddar cheese
2 handfuls of twiglets
8 breadsticks 
500g blueberries 
Equipment
Large chopping Board

Instructions:

STEP 1
Place the breadsticks onto the board making a cross shape, running horizontally and vertically. Then place the twiglets diagonally in the centre of each square to make the outline of the flag.

STEP 2
Place the strawberries in the inside of the horizontal/vertical cross to fill it out. Then add raspberries and cherries, making sure all of the cross is filled in and the board cannot be seen underneath.

STEP 3
Then fill in the outside and inside corners (which should make 8) with blueberries.

STEP 4
Start making 8 straight lines, diagonally from the centre with the feta cheese.

STEP 5
Add the strawberries, cut very finely to make a red line, coming slightly off the centre diagonally.

Finally the leftover section that has not been filled in, fill with cheddar cheese.
