Pico Party Recipes - Mini Ghost Pies
Halloween is only a few week away! This year has flown by... where has the time gone?! But at least that means it is now the perfect time for these spooky and scarily, scrumptious ghost pies!
Ingredients
1 x roll of puff pastry
1 x roll of puff pastry
1x egg
6 x teaspoons of Jam (I went with raspberry)

Equipment:
Ghost cookie cutter
Sharp Knife

Instructions:

STEP 1
Turn your oven on and heat to 200C.

STEP 2
Roll out your puff pastry and use the cookie cutter to make an even amount of ghosts. Place half of the cut outs to the side and for the others, use your knife to create two eyes and a mouth on each.

STEP 3
On the half of the ghost cut outs that don't have the eyes or mouth, place a teaspoon of jam. Then lay the ghost with the face cut outs on top and press down around the edges with a fork.

STEP 4
Brush each ghost with egg and place into the oven for 10 -15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before eating as the jam is very hot!
