Pico Party Recipes - White Chocolate Fridge Cake

For this recipe, I opt for all things blue to go with our Under the Sea range, but it is totally adaptable and you can mix up the colours for your own theme!
In my family this is a kid favourite, but be sure to watch the amount they have or you may have a sugar rush on your hands!

Ingredients
400g White chocolate
10g Sprinkles
30g Baby dolphin sweets
50g Custard Creams

Instructions

STEP 1
Break up and melt the chocolate over the hob.

STEP 2
While the chocolate is melting smash up the custard creams and place on the side. A rolling pin is advised to help with this.

STEP 3
Once the chocolate is melted place on a heatproof mat and add all the other ingredients and combine.

STEP 4
Once combined place the chocolate on some baking paper and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
